After 2 months of physical absence, the company’s staff is now at your disposal at our offices in Athens 09.00-17.00 (GMT+3), by phone at +30 211 211 8888 and online at mideast@mideast.gr. Please note that in order to ensure the health of our staff and to maintain the distancing rule of 2m inside the office as dictated by global health organizations, a significant percentage of our team still remains at home.

In these difficult and challenging times, our number one priority is the safe transportation of our customers, evidenced by the high quality of services provided by our 60-member team to those who called the emergency phones even during the quarantine period. We are very proud of our entire Mideast “family”, which set a new record in the satisfaction rate of its customers, reaching an almost absolute success rate of 100% from the beginning of March until today, proving that it is our strong passion and willpower that keep us motivated to serve each and every one of our clients.

In addition to committed customer service and a 24/7 presence on emergency lines for whatever our clients need, Mideast Travel has taken significant steps to establish new procedures in order to deal with the new realities after the outbreak of the Covid-19, with the purpose of serving its partners and customers in the best way possible.

To begin with, backed by its 37 years of experience in the field of travel and all related services, Mideast Travel has managed to establish a centralized information system to keep our entire team up to date at all times regarding the latest developments in the status of Covid-19.

The staff of the company is well trained and informed about all the travel restrictions that have been issued for each country, enabling our travel consultants to conduct risk analyses tailored to your travel needs and promptly suggest the best possible solution for carrying out any trip.

Even though all of our partners, including hotels, airlines and ferry companies operate in accordance with the new Health Protocols, as issued by local authorities, to ensure your safety while traveling in Greece and abroad, we can also provide you with detailed reports listing all actions which must be taken in the event of an outbreak in the area you are traveling to.

The 100% client satisfaction rate mentioned above is but a small indication of our capabilities. We are always grateful for your preference, without which we would not have been able to become what we are today; your trusted partner. Thank you for supporting us and for being by our side all these years.

Our primary goal is to provide our clients with the safest solution for their trips and serve you in the best possible way, in the same way we have been doing for the last 37 years.
