Organize and manage group bookings
Organize and manage events
Create and update client’s profile and data
Ensure & provide quality of service to customers. i.e. handle inquiries & complaints from customers in a professional manner
Report technical issues and other problems
Prepare company & client offer presentations
Back-office duties and updates
Account handling from the minute an inquiry arrives until the guest’s return.
Assist with the organization of on-site events, such as weddings and corporate retreats.
Prepare regular reports for upper management.
Mandatory 3+ years’ experience of ticketing ( Amadeus & airlines platforms)
Knowledge on hotel bookings and reservations handling
Experience in boat ticket issuance, car rentals
Knowledge in back-office software – Panasoft
Excellent verbal and written English skills
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Flexible in rotated schedule
